Here at Lower Farm Holiday cottages, we can offer additional equipment, free of charge, if you use a wheelchair or if you just need a bit of support whilst you stay with us. The whole cottage is laid out on one level with no steps to contend with at any point, from getting out of the car, to coming over the threshold and getting about the cottage.

The wet room in particular, has additional equipment that we can place in ready for your arrival in addition to the permanent grab rails next to the loo and in the shower area. Just tell us when you are booking what you require.

We can offer you a 4 inc raised loo seat.

There is also a choice of two shower chairs.

The standard grey shower chair has arms that can be moved out of the way if needs be.

The blue shower chair has the option of using the commode attachment if required.

 The door ways are 80cm wide to enable wheelchairs to gain access to the bedrooms and wet room.
